Metro Art in Stockholm

I always pack a leather jacket with me on every trip because its versatility and warmth is perfect for travel. On a gloomier day in Stockholm I paired my zipped-up motorcycle jacket with white pants for a full black and white look. While passing through Sergels Torg in the morning, I noticed that I matched with its black and white triangular pattern, and so I decided to snap some photos on spot.

One thing in Stockholm that has really impressed me is its metro system. Not only is it super fast and efficient, but each Metro station is also an artistic masterpiece. Riding on the Stockholm Metro made me feel as if I were always on my way to a theme park. Here are a few of my favourite stations:

White and Blue ferns at T-Centralnen Station.

Volcanic Cave at Radmansgatan Station.

Tunnel vision at Kungstradgarden Station.

Human sketches at Ostermalm Station.

Stripes at Ropsten Station.

Botanic photography at Mariatorget Station.

I’m wearing:

Jacket : DNA (from NYC) | Sweater : Joe Fresh | Pants : H&M | Shoes : Superga

Fascinating how much more creative effort the Swedish put into their stations, it’s not something you see much of here in the states! Love the fresh look as usual Justin, have fun in Sweden! 😀

    Stylin in Stockholm! 😀
Great photos, by the way. I love the cave-y looking subway stations. The subway stations here in NYC are not nearly as cool — plus I bet the Stockholm subways smell a lot better too LOL
