Monday already – hope everyone had a great weekend! Mine was quite memorable as I participated in The Color Run in Hong Kong. It’s my first outdoor activity in Hong Kong and it’s also my first time participating in a marathon (although not many people ran). The event was pretty much a huge party and I truly appreciated the energy and joy that I was surrounded with. If The Color Run is happening in your city, I highly recommend you to participate!
It’s finally breezy enough to wear a jacket in Hong Kong, so in this post I’m wearing a new floral tee and jersey blazer. I normally associate floral prints with Spring and Summer, but the dark tone of this tee makes it more appropriate for late Fall. I paired this tee with wine chinos, my pants of choice during this time of year . I currently own two very similar pairs and I wear them interchangeably. I’ve also been contemplating these amazing burgundy joggers from East Dane, but I just can’t justify owning three pants in the same colour…
As 2014 draws to an end, I plan to make a blog post about my best purchases of the year. Without a doubt, these Zara loafers that I bought in January and this Jack Spade Canvas Briefcase that I got last month will both make it onto the list. They’re the staples of my closet and I’m so glad I got a hold of them.
